Shipments or deliveries occur only on days that the carrier provides service. During high volume (holidays), you should expect delays in shipping and receiving your order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipping to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses are accepted if the address can receive shipment from the USPS.

You will receive order confirmation and tracking information via email after your order is processed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Lavender Ridge Farms, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Lavender Ridge Farms, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
